Nancy Tutini is GST’s Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for all aspects of GST’s human resource programs including recruitment, diversity, growth and development, employee relations, HR compliance, talent management, and compensation and benefits. Her mission is to help the organization achieve its strategic growth objectives by ensuring that GST attracts and retains a diverse, highly educated and talented workforce. Ms. Tutini has 20 years’ experience in human resources within the government services industry.
Before joining GST, Ms. Tutini worked in Human Resources for Perstorp Analytical, a manufacturer of analytical instruments, and a major division of a billion-dollar multinational corporation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland University College.
